CASE STUDIES

Problem. Scope. Technology. Outcome.

Each example focuses on the engineering decisions and deliverables that moved the project forward—not unsupported marketing claims.

01

INDUSTRIAL IOT

Connected Industrial Monitoring Device

Challenge

An industrial team needed a field-oriented monitoring terminal that could collect equipment status and sensor data, then transmit it reliably through a cellular network for remote visibility.

Engineering Scope

  • System architecture
  • Electronics development
  • Embedded firmware
  • Sensor integration
  • Cellular connectivity
  • MQTT communication
  • Cloud integration
  • Prototype validation planning

Technologies

  • 4G / LTE
  • MQTT
  • Embedded MCU
  • Sensors
  • Cloud API
  • Device diagnostics

Prototype / Outcome

The work established an integrated prototype across system architecture, electronics, firmware and the communications path. It provided a testable basis for structured field validation, refinement and subsequent production planning.

02

ELECTRONICS REDESIGN

Legacy Industrial Electronics Redesign

Challenge

A proven industrial product depended on an aging control PCB and components that were becoming difficult to source. The replacement needed to retain required field interfaces without treating incomplete legacy documentation as a reliable specification.

Engineering Scope

  • Requirements reconstruction
  • Interface analysis
  • Component selection
  • Schematic design
  • PCB layout
  • Firmware adaptation
  • Prototype integration
  • Validation planning

Technologies

  • Embedded electronics
  • PCB design
  • Firmware
  • Power and signal interfaces
  • Test fixtures
  • System diagnostics

Prototype / Outcome

The engineering phase produced a functional replacement prototype, documented interfaces, reviewable electronics and firmware artifacts, and a validation path for the next build. Production release remained subject to the agreed verification program.

03

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Integrated Smart Product Prototype

Challenge

A new connected-product concept needed its product form, mechanical structure, electronics, sensing and control behavior to operate as one demonstrable system rather than as separate discipline prototypes.

Engineering Scope

  • Product architecture
  • Industrial design coordination
  • Mechanical design support
  • Electronics and PCB development
  • Embedded firmware
  • Sensor integration
  • Prototype assembly
  • System-level testing

Technologies

  • 3D CAD
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Embedded MCU
  • Sensors
  • Custom PCB
  • Control firmware

Prototype / Outcome

The coordinated development effort created an integrated functional prototype for product review, internal demonstration and risk-focused testing. The prototype also provided a clearer technical basis for the next engineering phase.
